Authorities reported receiving a call at 2:25 a.m. this Friday. Agents responded to the 8600 block of Fanita Drive in Santee, near Prospect Drive, shortly thereafter.

At this time, a man and a woman are barricaded inside an apartment.

Agents have ordered them to exit the apartment, apparently they have not complied with the orders.

No evacuations have been ordered at this time, although crime tape can be seen blocking the parking lot of the duplex. The reason for initiating this operation is still unclear.

More information coming shortly.
