As the start of the new school year approaches, supermarkets in Chula Vista have seen a significant increase in the number of shoppers. Classes begin this Wednesday, and the community of students and parents is rushing to make last-minute purchases of school supplies.

A mother, speaking to BajaNews, said she is already prepared with all the necessary materials for her children. She also mentioned that this year she managed to find better prices compared to previous years, allowing her to buy everything needed without exceeding her budget.

Scenes at supermarkets have been chaotic, with empty shelves and long lines at the checkouts. However, the community remains optimistic and organized, striving to ensure their children are ready for the return to school.

Local authorities have recommended that parents complete their shopping in advance to avoid crowds and potential last-minute inconveniences.
