Gasoline prices have begun to decrease in several areas of San Diego, with regular gasoline available from $3.90 per gallon in some regions. Areas like La Mesa and El Cajón have seen the most significant reductions, particularly at Costco gas stations.

 

In La Mesa, the Costco gas station located at 8125 Fletcher Pkwy offers regular gasoline at $3.90 per gallon. The same rate is found at the Costco station in Santee, situated at 101 Town Center Pkwy. However, in Chula Vista, the Costco gas station at 1130 Broadway offers regular gasoline at $4.26 per gallon.

 

 

Not all areas have experienced these reductions, though. Regions such as Chula Vista and San Ysidro remain among the most expensive, with prices starting at $5.00 per gallon. For instance, at the Shell station located at 314 E San Ysidro Blvd, the price of regular gasoline is $5.00 per gallon, while at the Shell station at 2919 Alta View Dr in San Diego, the rate is even higher, reaching $5.60 per gallon.

 

This variation in prices has created a notable difference between regions within the county, prompting drivers to seek out the best available deals. It is crucial for consumers to compare prices before filling up their tanks, as not all gas stations maintain the same rates.
