Authorities have closed westbound State Route 905 at Britannia Boulevard, near Exit 6, due to a fatal accident investigation on Tuesday afternoon. The closure was reported around 2:30 p.m., according to SigAlert. One person died in the collision, and another was transported to a hospital.

 

Caltrans crews are on the scene to repair approximately 100 feet of guardrail damage, while traffic is being redirected.

As of 4:40 p.m., the northbound lanes of the Southbay Expressway (SR-125) are open to all users following the traffic collision, according to Caltrans.
