Tijuana's Flyweight champion, Brandon Moreno, and his challenger, Alexandre Pantoja, came face to face this Thursday in preparation for their upcoming fight on July 8th in Las Vegas, Nevada, as part of the UFC 290 lineup.

 

After their encounter, Brandon Moreno exclaimed, "Let the 'viva México' be heard this weekend. I am well prepared and I welcome all your positive vibes."

 

Regarding the fight, he explained, "Although he is a familiar opponent, I won't deny that facing a different challenger after two years brings a sense of freshness. I'm excited because this is a trilogy against Alexandre Pantoja, where I lost the first two fights."

 

However, he confidently stated, "I assure you that you will witness a completely different version of me in this fight. This time, I have developed the maturity and necessary experience to handle and control certain aspects that affected me in the past. I feel very calm, and being at home, for those who don't know, I have been living in Las Vegas for 3 years, which also provides me with great comfort."
