An unsettling incident shook the music community of Barrancos, south of Culiacán, where the famous "El Padrinito Toys," a singer of narco corridos, and his father were shot at.

According to reports, both managed to flee the scene, but their current health status is unknown.

The individuals involved are César N, 48 years old, and his son Samuel N, 17 (known artistically as El Padrinito Toys). Another individual, 30 years old, identified as Arnoldo N, was left stranded and with gunshot wounds at the intersection of Benjamin Hill and Pablo Macías boulevards.

Samuel Ibarra, known artistically as "El Padrinito," despite his young age, Toys has become one of the most popular "narco corrido" singers in Mexico.

Originally from Mesa, Arizona, USA, he moved to Barranco, Culiacán at the age of 13, where he befriended well-known YouTube personalities, including the famous Markitos Toys, who gave him his current nickname.
