The incident occurred on "Revolución Av"

A new wave of violence struck downtown Tijuana on the night of Saturday, around 11:00 p.m., two people, a man and a woman, were the victims of a shooting at the intersection of Sixth Street and Avenida Revolución.

 

 

 

 

Red Cross paramedics promptly arrived at the scene to attend to the injured, who had sustained multiple gunshot wounds. After receiving initial treatment at the site, both victims were transported to a nearby hospital, where they remain under medical care.

 

 

 

 

The area was secured by Municipal Police and Mexican Army personnel, while agents from the State Attorney General's Office began investigations to clarify the circumstances of the attack.

 

 

 

 

As of now, no arrests have been made in connection with this violent incident, which once again highlights the ongoing security challenges in the heart of the city. Authorities continue to investigate in an effort to identify and apprehend those responsible.
