The individuals who left the body were arrested.

A body wrapped in a blanket was found last night inside a shopping cart, accompanied by an alleged narco message, in the Zona Norte, just a few meters from the Municipal Police Station and Traffic Section.

The discovery occurred around 9:40 p.m. on Thursday during a routine patrol by the Municipal Police at the intersection of González Ortega and Baja California streets. According to initial reports, the victim's gender has not yet been identified, but several people have been detained in connection with the incident.

Witnesses at the scene reported that a couple left the cart on the sidewalk and fled on foot. The suspected individuals, identified as José "N", 44, and Daniela "N", 23, were arrested at the corner of Cristóbal Colón and Baja California streets in the same neighborhood. According to their statements, they claimed that someone asked them to deliver the cart to the location.

The area was secured by Municipal Police and Mexican Army personnel while the State Attorney General's Office conducted the necessary investigations.
